Karla was born in Mexico, At the age of 20 she immigrated into the United States and is now lives in San Diego. This allows Karla to be bilingual, binational, and bicultural and to understand better her clients needs.
A current Southeast resident, she is well-connected and actively involved in the community. Her contacts and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her client dedication.
Karla began her Real Estate Career back in 1999 with United Brokers Network as a property Manager. In 2002 she joint Pacific Fidelity Funding as a loan processor. In 2003 she became a Notary Public. In 2004 she jointed Access Realty as a transaction coordinator and branch manager in 2005 Karla became a California Realtor. In 2011 she founded Bilingual Mobile Notaries and in the same year she co-founded 1st United Realty. Currently, Karla is working as a Home Advisor at Neighborhood Real Estate.
Karla has been married for the last 17 years and has two beautiful daughters. She loves to volunteer and to get involved in the community through different organizations. She is part of the policy council at NHA Headstart and she is also one of the founding members at the Diamond Business Association, where she is serving as the treasurer and marketing committee chair.
