Liliana García-Rivera is a licensed California real estate professional with Neighborhood Real Estate, bringing decades of experience in community leadership, neighborhood development, and relationship-driven work.

Prior to returning to real estate, Liliana served for eight years as Executive Director of the Diamond Business Improvement District in Southeastern San Diego, where she worked closely with business owners, community stakeholders, and the City of San Diego to strengthen local business corridors and support long-term neighborhood vitality.  She brings this deep understanding of communities into her real estate practice, helping clients navigate housing decisions with clarity, strategy, and confidence, with a focus on thoughtfully planned new-home communities designed to support and strengthen neighborhoods.
